Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities.

Develop and lead detailed solutions for moderately complex projects
Advice and influence customer management on process direction/decisions
Anticipate project risks and make corrective recommendations to project manager
Resolve moderately complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions
Demonstrate multiple business process expertise within one product family; or ability to architect and design technology solutions for one technology product and understand cross stack impacts
Lead or actively contribute to a Oracle professional community
Lead a team of consultants on a project
Provide coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members
Provide project performance feedback as applicable
Collaborate with Sales leadership in business development efforts on existing or new projects by providing customer scoping, work estimates, demonstrations, and requirements gathering
Contribute to RFPs and bid package as requested
Proactively identify opportunities and leads and engage sales team to lead business pursuit
Identify opportunities to up sell or position consultants for project roles
6-8 years of overall experience relevant to position, including 3-4 years of consulting experience
Project Management 1 certification and 1 other relevant certification
Internal : Manager, Project Manager, Project team, Consulting Sales & License Sales
External : Customer peers & management
